Welcome to the Club
The Lindsay Garden Club has been operating in Lindsay since 1867.
(That’s quite impressive, wouldn’t you agree?)
We are in District 4 of the Ontario Horticultural Association.
Currently the Club has over 100 members and we are growing! Our goal is to encourage interest and
improvements in horticulture in our community through a variety of means such as educational horticultural meetings, field trips, plant exhibits, competitions, plant sales, and community beautification projects.
We host a Garden Tour every July featuring the beautiful and unique gardens in Lindsay and surrounding area.
We also dedicate many volunteer hours maintaining the gardens at Victoria Manor in Lindsay, and
most recently have added the Flower Power Initiative, where we bring potted flowers to
all the seniors in long term care facilities in Lindsay, at Christmas, and hopes to do much more!
So happy to have you join us!
